1. Purpose and description of services

SIEMTI offers hardware and computer equipment sales, specialized repair, consumables sales, video surveillance (CCTV) systems, and IT infrastructure services for businesses in Irapuato and the Bajio region. The information published on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer until a formal quote is issued.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use the website in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, refraining from any act that could damage, disable, or overload the site, or that prevents its normal use by other users. Prices for products and services are quoted individually and may be subject to change without notice, unless included in a current formal quote. Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include VAT. We issue valid fiscal invoices in Mexico for all purchases that require them.

4. Warranties and returns

Equipment and repairs come with a written warranty, whose period and conditions are specified at the time of purchase or service. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear. Any warranty claim must be submitted along with the proof of purchase or corresponding service order.

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and design, is the property of SIEMTI or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Irapuato, Guanajuato, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
